Introduction SABIC Agri-nutrients Company announces opening for Board of Directors membership nomination for the next term which will starts on 29 March 2026 and ends on 28 March 2029. The nomination for Board of Directors membership for the next term, will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and Board Membership Policy approved by the General Assembly (attached), application must be submitted within the period set out in the announcement.
