SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company Announces that it Obtained Feedstock Allocation from The Ministry of Energy to Set Up a Conventional Ammonia & Urea Project in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company's pleased to announce that, on 06 Shawal 1447H corresponding to 25 March 2026, the company received approval from the Ministry of Energy for allocating the required quantities of feedstock to build SABIC Agri-Nutrients plant the (7th) in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia to produce 1.2 MMTA of Conventional Ammonia and to produce 2.6 MMTA of Urea, bringing total Agri-Nutrients production capacity from around 4.8 million tons per year to around 7.4 million tons per year which is equivalent to an added capacity of 54% compare to current Urea production capacity. This reinforces SABIC Agri-Nutrients position as one of the world’s largest producers and exporters of Nitrogenous Agri-Nutrients in accordance with company’s 2040 growth strategy

Company will later announce any material development related to this project including Final Investment Decision (FID) and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts award
