SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company Announces Latest Development Regarding the Company’s Announcement of Obtaining Feedstock Allocation from The Ministry of Energy to Set Up a Blue (Low Carbon) Ammonia Project in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company announces that it obtained feedstock Allocation from the Ministry of Energy to Set Up a Blue (low carbon) Ammonia project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The company would like to announce receiving a letter from Ministry of Energy regarding a gas allocation update for SABIC Agri-Nutrients plant the (6th) in Jubail industrial city. Accordingly, project scope was updated to focus now on the production of 1.2 MMTA of Blue (low carbon) Ammonia . Company will later announce any material development related to this project including Final Investment Decision (FID) and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts award .  In this regard, SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company expresses its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Ministry of Energy for their efforts to achieve the kingdom ambitions in leading clean energy production and exporting worldwide through their support for the local companies in the sector.
